Steel grit is mainly used for industrial rust removal, sand cleaning of castings, descaling, and surface matte treatment. There is no need for frequent batch replacement. Under normal use, steel grit becomes smaller and rounder due to repeated wear and tear, leading to a decrease in cleaning efficiency. It is only necessary to regularly replenish new grit and screen out dust and debris. For the initial feeding of a conventional small shot blasting machine, it is sufficient to add 80% of the equipment's standard capacity, without filling it to overflow.
