It is adjacent to the Jinan-Qingdao Expressway, 60 km from Jinan in the west and 50 km from the heavy industrial city of Zibo in the east, offering excellent geographical and logistical advantages. With 350 employees, the company boasts an annual production capacity of 100,000 tons, making it one of China’s leading and most technologically advanced metal abrasive suppliers.

Adhering to the principle of “Quality First, Customer Foremost,” the company produces over 60 specifications across three main series: Cast Steel Shot, Cast Steel Grit, Steel Cut Wire Shot, and Stainless Steel Shot. Utilizing advanced processes including electric furnace melting, centrifugal atomization, secondary quenching, low-temperature tempering, round selection, and precise screening, our abrasives offer high strength, dense microstructure, and exceptional service life.

A standout innovation is our independently developed Low-Alloy Steel Shot, which features a defect-free internal structure, superior density, and remarkable wear resistance. It delivers 1.5 to 2 times longer life than standard high-carbon steel shot, significantly improving surface treatment effectiveness and operational efficiency.

Haishan was among the first in the industry to achieve triple international certifications: ISO 9001 Quality Management, ISO 14001 Environmental Management, and ISO 45001 Occupational Health & Safety Management Systems. Our advanced in-house laboratory is equipped with a fatigue life tester from Irwin (USA) and a direct-reading spectrometer from SPECTRO (Germany) to conduct thorough chemical analysis, hardness, density, and fatigue life tests. All products fully comply with China’s GB/T 18838 standards and the American SAE J444 specifications, ensuring traceable, consistent quality from raw material inspection to final dispatch.
